Hi,

tl;dr: in a couple months, I'll stop reading all changes made to our
Redmine. Please start getting used to it now.

I think it's time that I stop being notified of _every_ change made in
our Redmine. And it's time for us, as a collective, to stop taking it
for granted that I read all these changes. Let's start the transition
period, woo! I'll evaluate how it goes once 2.2 is out. If needed I'll
wait until 2.3 is released, to the latest, and then I'll unsubscribe.

Please get some training to:

* when you think I should track changes made to a ticket until its
resolution: add me to the list of watchers; ideally, at the same
time add someone else who could/should ideally be able to replace
me on this one;

* when you need my input on a ticket: assign it to me, ask me the
question you want me to answer, and state what I should do once
I've replied (re-assign to you? to someone else? etc.); ideally,
someone else could also provide this input ⇒ add them as a watcher,
or consider assigning to them instead :)

I wholeheartedly thank you all in advance! ♥

That's not all. I'll still need to follow changes to subsets of our
Redmine. I don't know for sure since I've not clearly identified my
needs ye, but I guess I'll have to improve our Redmine toolbox to make
this possible. I suspect that some of you are in the same situation.
Tell me your needs (privately or on some dedicated blueprint) and I'll
try to take them into account while looking for solutions to mine.

Private and public comments about this move are welcome.

Cheers,
