Thanks for keeping us up-to-date, as most of us do not read tails-dev.

Even with such a release schedule, it's still unclear to me when are
the deadlines to see our translations included in the final ISO:

for example, if we focus on Tails 1.0.1 release process, is there room
to improve our translations during the testing session of the 1.0.1 ISO,
the 2014-06-09?

It would make things really easier if we could check if our
translations are correctly applied with a freshly built ISO, especially
for Tails custom programs, like IUK and the greeter.

As I'm not familiar with the release process, could anyone clarify when
the translations are pulled from the different repositories?

A last thing, for the release of Tails 0.23, you sent us an email
including damn' usefull informations[1].
How can we get such a "diffstat"?

Thanks a lot, and cheers
