As a general rule, be careful when publishing private conversations. See
« Similarly, don't publish private communication without asking first »
from https://tails.boum.org/contribute/working_together/code_of_conduct/.

But this time I think it won't be problematic.

I think that tchou was reluctant to make them public because he thought
they were not nice enough, at some point they were mostly in French, and
he feared of endless discussions over email until we get to an agreement.

Yesterday at the Tor UX meeting several people showed interest in
working on this during the Tor meeting in Valencia at the end of the
month. Search for "persona" in
http://meetbot.debian.net/tor-project/2016/tor-project.2016-02-16-15.00.log.html.

If this happens, I'll definitely show them tchou's work. Unless he's
against the idea.

+1!

What does this mean in practice? Do you have written notes of this
insight? Plans of action with them?
