Yeap, I'm fine with signing it.

I'm not really fond of the section about leadership either but we should
keep in mind that we're signing this to have a PPA. So I don't expect us
to be faced with many leadership issues without Ubuntu. The section "We
strive to" is quite close to our own code of conduct and for me that's
the most relevant part.
