Hi,

Wow, interesting. Two questions, then:

1. Do you think ostel.co can handle it?
2. How do you handle incoming calls, then? One has to communicate
their temporary SIP address to their peer every time they want to
receive a call, or is the idea to make this easier somehow?

I didn't think that NAT traversal worked fine when using Tor, but
I would be glad to be surprised. Can a Tails system receive a call
over Tor (say, with Linphone, and via ostel.co)? I'd be delighted to
read a quick howto to see this work :)

A quick web search seems to disagree, so I'm surprised. I didn't look
at the source code, though.

Care to elaborate what "better supported" means, so that I can add
more specific information to our blueprint?

I'm note sure "influence" is the most efficient way to think of this
all, as I'm not sure taking direct influence is required to make the
entire thing useful for one's interests. E.g. giving out money without
apparent reciprocity is sometimes enough to be seen as Good Guys™,
which itself can bring quite some advantages on the long-term.

Hopefully someone else can test this, and confirm your intuition.
If you would be kind enough to share the information that your
intuition is based upon, it would be helpful.
