Hi Catuaba!!!

Yesterday I asked to the orga group is we were going to extend the early
bird accommodation package and the answer was a no. So since today the
accommodation package would be the regular one (100 euros for the whole
week).
But please write to v15@??? asking again and is likely that
they answer that there is no problem XD

In your email, include also the following:

---
Name and/or Nick

Date of arrival / departure

Accommodation package: [Yes/No; package 1 or 2; room preference (mixed,
non-mixed, specific person)]

T-Shirt Size: [S/M/L/none, straight or fitted cut]

Other details you want to share: (e.g. community, country, URLs,
twitter/mastodon handle, dietary restrictions, ...)

Do you agree to appear on the public list of participants? [Yes/No]

Are you applying for a travel scholarship? [Yes/No; city; estimated price]
---

Regarding the volunteering for the things we will need during the event,
I suppose we will spontaneously organize that when we are at the place :)

For the volunteering for things before the event, well, many things are
going on, I suppose that a good way for LibreMesh people to help is to
test LibreMesh compiled on top of OpenWrt 22.03, as that is what we will
use for the backbone of the Calafou network. This means that for
bringing internet from the gateway in one building to the other
buildings we will use 5 PlasmaCloud PA1200 outdoor routers running
LibreMesh (and these routers are not supported by OpenWrt 19.07). At
some point in the future (during the event?) the Calafou people will
also lay ethernet cable from one building to another (actually there is
already some, but I fear it is broken).

Looking forward to seeing you there!!!!
Hugs,
Ilario
