did I understand correctly, from the test report you've sent me
out-of-band, that adding the radeon.modeset=0 boot option made Tails
4.0 work on this computer?
If so, then I'd like to document this workaround. To do this I need
the exact model of the affected computer, so:
- Jeff, can you tell me which precise model this is?
(2 generations of MacBook Pro were sold in 2012)
- Dear help desk, could you please give me to the ID of the
corresponding WhisperBack report?
