Thanks for chiming in goupille!

The way that Tor does it is:

https://www.torproject.org/about/people/

- Description: Tor people are asked to write their description
themselves. They could probably ask for help or inspiration if they
want. Doing the same would answer your concern.

- Picture: Tor people can provide a picture or drawing but otherwise a
Tor onion is displayed. I think that the idea is to build trust by
showing that Tor people are real people.

We had an item on our 2017 roadmap that wanted to go in the same
direction (summit-2017.git:notes/roadmap.mdwn): « Destroy the myth
that Tails people are anonymous ».

Knowing our group, I'm afraid that the result might be
counterproductive: 1 photo in the middle of 20 onion icons might look
worse than having no pictures at all. I don't need to agree on
something right now because I'm confident that we can find a creative
solution somewhere in between (no pictures at all but only drawings or
different icons of a certain style for everybody, etc.)

- Email address: Tor people can link to an OpenPGP public key.
I think that we should at least allow people to do this for Tails as
well if they want (or whatever other information like social media
account, homepage, etc.)

Also, right now on /contribute we have a list of mentors but no way of
contacting them:

    https://tails.boum.org/contribute/#mentors

Let's say I want to use this section to ask questions on
documentation to the so-called "sajolida", I have no way of actually
"talking to [him] using the usual communication channels" (as the page
instructs). Having OpenPGP public keys on the people's page would
solve this at least for some people.
