Thanks a lot! It did help a lot that you provided test results with
different generations of Intel graphics cards and about a generation
of ATI/AMD that none of our developers can test themselves.
We will therefore apply this upgrade in Tails 3.13.
Everyone else: you still have ~24h to test this and ensure it won't
break your systems :)
