E' disponibile una nuova release di Tails.
Si tratta di una release particolare emessa in condizioni di urgenza,
che risolve alcuni problemi di sicurezza, in particolare gli
arcinoti Meltdown (completamente) e Spectre (in parte).
Poiche' presenta alcuni problemi di usabilita' e di interfaccia,
causati dalla fretta con cui e' stata emessa, ed il 23 gennaio
dovrebbe uscire la 3.5, suggerisco a coloro che non prevedono di
dover usare Tails nell'immediato, di attendere il prossimo
aggiornamento.

* The graphical splash screen usually displayed during Tails startup quickly
disappears and is replaced by garbled text messages. As long as Tails appears to
work fine for you otherwise, please ignore these messages, including the
alarming message about a "kernel BUG" (which was [reported to Debian](

gs.debian.org/886329)): they do not affect the safety of your Tails system.
* Due to [an issue in _Tor Browser_](

ticket/24243), the documentation shipped in Tails doesn't open in _Tor Browser_
