The work needed for the Windows Camouflage theme is: no design work at
all (the point is precisely to re-implement an existing design), some
theme implementation (CSS + finding out how to glue it with GTK+ and
GNOME Shell), and some programming (GNOME Shell extensions).
So I doubt that this task is fit for Open Source Design jobs.
