First, please try a more recent build from feature/stretch:
https://nightly.tails.boum.org/build_Tails_ISO_feature-stretch/lastSuccessful/archive/build-artifacts/
(who knows, the kernel and drivers update might help :)

If that doesn't work, drop "quiet" from the kernel command line, and
add "nosplash debug". This should display more debugging info.

And just in case: can you try explicitly disabling the NVidia graphics
adapters in your firmware setup, so that Tails uses the Intel
integrated graphics only?
