Yeah, I somehow mentally associated this task with myself though I don't
want things to be like this. This time for example, I answered Emma on
tails@??? that I would publish it myself but only later on realized
that I really want others people to take this over sometimes. So I'm
blaming myself not to leave space for others this time.

It's good to hear that you would be ready to help if I leave more room!
So, let's try without shifts and see how it goes.

The other thing is that until now there was no clear process for the
curator to request publication. I tried to clarify this with 33ae2a8.
