some users seem to be confused by that sentence in
https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/startup_options/network_configuration/ :
"Then, after starting the working session and connecting to the Internet, an assistant will guide you through the configuration of Tor."
this patch just replace "Internet" by "network"
