Hi!

That's a very good news, thanks for organizing this! I send my answer to
tails-project as well, please continue the discussion there :)

We don't have material to send, we actually don't have any material (we
had some stickers but they're out of print). But there are material that
you can print yourselves:

* stickers: https://tails.boum.org/contribute/how/promote/material/stickers/
* a very nice booklet in German about "Tails for activists", I don't
read German enough to read it, but people seemed very pleased during
31C3: https://capulcu.nadir.org/

We don't have flyers yet, but if you design one we'll be glad to add it
to our "promote" page so that others can re-use them (bonus points if
they're translatable ;))
Our documentation is generally a good source of information, for general
info that would fit into a flyer, the About page would be a good start:
https://tails.boum.org/about - and to explain why donations are
important, our news about it might be re-used:
https://tails.boum.org/news/who_are_you_helping

Of course, we welcome other contributions than money, and if the public
that comes is interested in contributing to free software (code or
otherwise), you can also give the link to https://tails.boum.org/contribute

I hope that helps and your initiative gives other the idea to so the
same :) Once you have a date, we can announce it in our reports if you
want - don't hesitate to ask if you have any further question !

Thanks again for the initiative!

Cheers,
