Kind of what I figured. On a side note, the sentence " It MUST be made as difficult as
possible for the user to unknowingly compromise anonymity." seems out of context for the section 2.1.5 Target user.

Yeah, I think "Encrypted storage area" meets the target use needs. Do you want or is it necessary to advise them first that they need a storage device installed?

No. "Start" works fine. I just wasn't sure of what would be next.
