I've:

* registered an account on the wiki, as part of the Noisy Square
  assembly
* added Tails as a project to the Noisy Square assembly:
  https://events.ccc.de/congress/2014/wiki/Projects:Tails
* clicked "create self-organized session" on the
  https://events.ccc.de/congress/2014/wiki/Assembly:Noisy_Square page,
  and then I'm told:
    You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following
    reason:
    The action you have requested is limited to users in the
    group: Administrators.


I wanted to register two sessions:

1. Improving the infrastructure behind Tails
2. Contributing to Tails by working on Debian

The description, length and practical requirements are the same as for
the Tails hackfest.
