Based on our recent discussions and this ticket
https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/6879, I have come to the conclusion,
that we should use this as a glossary:
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/torproject/glossary/l/de/
However, i fear a little bit the fact that this glossary is editable by
every Transifex translator and thus not "persistent" nor trackable by us.
However, we can eventually edit this now, and at least download a
version and attach this to this ticket:
https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/6968
