There's still potential for changes, so for now all I can say is that
you can start at the feature freeze (2014-03-05) at the latest.

For the record, there we're a few updates earlier today, in commits
f33153e and 0b350f1.

The UI also lives in the Tails Greeter repo, the master branch.
