Here's an updated release schedule for Tails 0.23:

  2014-03-05   Feature freeze.
               Tag 0.23-rc1 in Git.
               Build and upload 0.23-rc1 ISO and IUK.
  2014-03-06   Test 0.23-rc1.
  2014-03-07   Officially release 0.23-rc1.

  2014-03-17   Firefox 24.4.0 ESR sources are available.
               Package and upload Firefox 24.4.0 ESR.
               Tag 0.23 in Git.
               Build and upload 0.23 ISO and IUK.
  2014-03-18   Test 0.23.
  2014-03-19   Officially release Tails 0.23.

The only change is that the release date was pulled back one day since...
