[Tails-l10n] Translation teams using Git and Transifex

Hi,

as documented on the "Team duties" section of
https://tails.boum.org/contribute/how/translate/#index2h2,
translations teams using Git should regularly contact
Transifex translators.

Does this happen?

If yes, great.

If not, would a bi-monthly (or so) automatic reminder help, or do you
translators feel like you can get organized to do it in the future?
