This patch removed the following Iceweasel prefs from Tails:
- security.warn_leaving_secure
- security.warn_submit_insecure
They are not set in either Firefox nor TBB, and users have
reported them being very confusing in the context of Tails,
see commit message and recent forum posts.

Subject: [PATCH] Remove "security.warn_*" settings from Iceweasel profile.
These preferences were never applied until the move to
user.js for Tails 0.18. The dialog shown is confusing
in the context of Tails, as many users falsely believes Tor
gets disabled. Neither Firefox or TBB sets these, so remove
them in Tails too.
