[Tails-l10n] [fa] additional persian translation

Hi,

I've finished the Persian translation of the tails-persistence setup
program on Transifex. For the next release use the version pulled from
there onto the Tor Project gitweb, rather than the copy currently at
git.immerda.ch, as a patch has been misapplied and some of the data has
been overwritten with translations from the tails-greeter program, so it
doesn't translate into Persian in the present version of Tails.
