Rome), Abruzzo, Italy
Hackmeeting is the annual meeting of the italian digital counter
cultures, the communities who front with a critical attitude the
technology development process in our society. We'll whisper this in
your ear: (and in yours only.. must not tell anyone) Hackit is for real
hackers only. That is, what we mean for hacker is someone who want to
manage his life as he choose and who know how to struggle for it. Even
if they never seen a computer before.
Three days of workshops, games, parties, debates, exchanges of ideas and
collective learning with the goal to analyse together the technologies
that we use everyday. See how they change and which contortion they
introduce into our real and virtual lives. What role we can play in
driving this change to free it from the control of those who want to
monopolize the development, crumbling the social fabric and trapping us
into virtual spaces more and more tight.
The event is completely self-managed: there are nor organizers neither
users, only participants.

Hackmeeting has free access. At the entrance there will be place for a
spontaneous donations/subscriptions to contribute for the organizational
costs of the three day event and of the warm-ups.

If you want to participate with a workshop subscribe to the mailing list
and propose your idea. Meanwhile publish it on the wiki specifying when
you would like to do it, of what you'd like to talk about and how much
time your workshop would need. Everything is self managed.

Hack-It 0x0F du 29 de Juin au premier Julliet 2012 à L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italie
Le hackmeeting c'est la rèunion annuelle des communautées, des
contrecultures numériques et des individualités qui approchent d'une
façon critique l'avançement des nouvelles technologies qui sont de plus
en plus liée au contrôle social, aux entreprises de guerre et à la
commercialisation de chaque space de notre vie. On va le chouchoter à
ton oreille (et rien qu'à toi) on ne veut que de vrai hackers. C'est à
dire les gens capable de prendre soin de sa propre vie et qui se battra
pour sa liberté. Meme qu'il n'a jamais vu un ordinateur de sa vie.
Trois jours de séminaires, de jeux, des fêtes, des débats, des échanges
d'idées et d'apprentissage collectif. Comme d'habitude l'événement sera
complètement géré de façon autonome: il n'existe point d'organisateurs
ni des utilisateurs mais seulement des participants.
