there are a couple of judges i've been tying to work with to discuss all
of this.
but they tend to drifting into non-relevancy and playstation-like idleness.
did you have any better luck?
explanations are hard sometimes.
and sometimes it gets just plain frustrating to explain, so much that i
feel like it's nicer and more effective to design things that help
people not "getting caught".

there was this judge, francione, who once freed a couple of vu cumprà
from all charges. in the verdict he wrote that he declared them innocent
for the charges of duplicating and selling copyrighted material because
if he didn't he would have to declare guilty 90% of the italian
population. :)

it's just one in a million, but it was a nice act of creativity, and
they actually got away with it (both the judge and the two guys with the
bag of duplicated cds). and it's a great example that creativity and
innovation is a real tool.

this is a nice thing to discuss. for sure more than a silly dispute on
who goes on a book and who does not.
