[mat-dev] Co-maintainer

Hello, I would like to be a maintainer of the mat2 project. To be honest
with you, I know python, I used python for over 2 years now, but I am
not a expert there are still somethings I'm thing I don't but I can
learn as I go. Please consider me to be a maintainer if you don't find
anyone else. I don't want to see the project I rely on dying any time
soon.
