Yes. It sometimes occurs when the Internet connection happens later,
and it happens if I disconnect & reconnect to the Internet multiple times.
I *think* it only checks once.
Also, it's nice to be able to force a check at any time.

I suggest adding an option "--report-no-upgrade" for "tails-upgrade-frontend-wrapper".
This option would cause a dismissable display "You are currently running the latest version. There is no upgrade available."
or similar in such a case (instead of doing nothing).
