It should already be retried, as part of trying to upgrade the
Additional Software, which essentially runs the same installation
command as the install step (which we do offline).
Could you please retry, wait for the online upgrade to happen
(possibly monitoring what's happening in the Journal), and report an
error with WhisperBack if it fails?
