[Tails-dev] Tor Browser 13.5.5 (Windows, macOS, Linux)

Unsigned Tor Browser 13.5.5 release candidate builds are now available
for testing:

This is a desktop-only release which primarily contains updated strings
for legacy Windows and macOS users indicating the new esr-115 sunset dates.
