Fixed the sentence in 56dfe2cdb2f.

I didn't add any alt tag because I couldn't find how to operate this
split button with the keyboard only. I tried again harder and failed
again. If someone figures this out, please help me out.

Fixed in 4688efbefbc.

I made a mistake while renaming that file in cb3826767a9 and created
welcome.$lang.po files that corresponded to no actual page.

I tried to merge both PO files in 4688efbefbc.
