[Tails-dev] Outdated paragraph in contributor documentation

Hello, the last paragraph of the page about translation into a new
language seems to have outdated information
(https://tails.net/contribute/how/translate/team/new/).

Because glossaries are now included in Weblate, git repositories are not
used for translation anymore and the French team page is not a good example.

Maybe this paragraph can be removed?
