Subject: [Tails-dev] Update external links
Hello, I made a patch to update few external links in the end-user
documentation.

wiki.gnome.org is abandoned
(https://hedgedoc.gnome.org/wiki-migration-guide#) so I change these
links with others when possible.
I also made changes to avoid links to git repositories.

Please review and apply.

Cheers.
