[Tails-testers] keyboad layout

Hi Developers,

I tried TAILS this morning so I am new to tails, but consider it as a
valued distribution.

What seems to be a shortcoming is that the keyboard lay-out "US English
with dead keys" is not available.

"GB English with dead keys" is offered but that keys do not correspond
to the key markings at all keyboards in the Netherlands.

Dutch keyboards are never used, if they exist at all.
