[Tails-dev] Questions about Tor connection

I'm in China, and I can't use the network bridge directly due to government
reasons, so I can only connect to Tor through a proxy, such as http, but I
don't seem to see the http proxy option for Tor connections. What should I
do?
My ISO is tails-amd64-5.19.img
