- It's the highest daily average since the crash in users due to the
broken upgrades from February 2021.
- It makes our average for 2023 greater than our average for 2022.
- It makes the curve of the last 2 years look more like the curve before
February 2021.
Still, October 2023 was our first month with 2 releases since October
2022 and these tend to have more "boots" because people upgrade and
restart a bit more.
