[Tails-l10n] Request for activating Catalan on the main Tail…

Hello,

We, the Catalan translation team, are requesting the activation of the
Catalan language on the main Tails website, as we've met the requirement
of having more than 25% of the core pages already translated.

In fact, more than the 40% of the website has been translated into
Catalan and most of the strings already have suggestions, so the number
of translated strings may grow rapidly in the weeks to come.
