This release is an emergency release to fix a critical vulnerability in _Tor
Browser_.
We'd like to dedicate this Tails release to Debian developer Abraham Raji who
[tragically lost his life in an
accident](
https://www.debian.org/News/2023/20230914) on the 13th of September,
2023.
