[Tails-testers] HP Dev One experiencing GDM boot error

I'm attempting to boot tails-amd64-4.14 off of a Ventoy usb stick but
have run into the GDM error on boot.  None of the boot option
workarounds have worked for me so far so I thought I might try asking
someone.

Perhaps not a very common laptop but if anyone has any experience or
advice on getting tails to work with the HP Dev One, I'd sincerely
appreciate it.
