[Tails-dev] Tor Browser 11.5.6 emergency release

Hi Everyone,

We're in the process of signing an 11.5.6 emergency release. 11.5.5 broke the
Snowflake pluggable transport. We have a pad here with up-to-date info on the
situation:'

11.5.6 builds:

This update only changes the Snowflake bridge line, so if you don't care about
