It now seems somewhat realistic that Tor Browser tarballs are
available tomorrow.

If this happens, then my plan becomes:

- Friday: integrate new Tor Browser, take the rest of the day off
while waiting for CI results

- Saturday-Sunday: prepare and publish the release (I can do this on
my own so nobody else has their week-end messed up)

- Monday: take the day off until the CW stand-up

Hoping to confirm a timeline tomorrow,
