This release is going to be delayed:

- The Tor Browser release prep' work has not started
(Git repo, https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser-build/-/issues/40505)

- Today is a holiday at the Tor Project.

I expect I won't be able to start the Tails 5.1 release process today,
and even tomorrow is not a given.

I'll keep manual testers up-to-date once I have more info.
