[Tails-l10n] Bugs in Macedonian, Hungarian and Chinese tran…

Hi,

while preparing Tails 4.26, I found several problems with translations.

as for hr and mk: they are the "usual" problems with plural forms.
emmapeel started diving into it, hope this can be solved!

as for zh_CN:

po/zh_CN.po:1909: 'msgstr' is not a valid Python brace format string,
unlike 'msgid'. Reason: In the directive number 0, '�' cannot start a
field name.

which means that a placeholder ({exception}) has been translated to
chinese.

I have removed any offending string.
