[Tails-testers] probles with setting time

to whom it may concern:
I will like to report that It is 1:53 A.M. in Panama. But when i set the clock in my time area it will say that is 06:53 A.M. It shows 4 hours ahead of the time. No mather what i do, at any time it will register 4 hours ahead.
