[Tails-dev] Release schedule for Tails 4.22~rc1

Tails 4.22~rc1 is scheduled for August 19. Yes, this is very soon!
I will be the release manager.

Dear manual testers, please tell tails-rm@??? how much manual
testing you can do on:

- August 18, later afternoon CEST
- August 19, morning CEST
