We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.5 release candidate

Tor Browser 10.5 is the first stable version of the 10.5-series. Tor
Browser 10.5 features a new about:torconnect screen for starting tor
(disabled via the TOR_USE_LEGACY_LAUNCHER environment variable), the
snowflake pluggable transport, and numerous bug fixes.
