Hello Tails devs, I hope all is well

First of all, thank you for all the work you do. With every release, Tails gets better for the average computer user (which is my case). I can comprehend its workings, and the easy of use is fantastic. I really feel safer using Tails.

I have collected some information that I hope will be usefull.

I think you should be aware that I started using Tails because I'm a victim of stalking.
The attackers appear to be skilled and don't leave traces like everyday trolls. They use personal info to intimidate online and IRL.

I tried many, many things to protect my privacy: from VPNs to changing internet providers.

The big problem is that my comprehension of cyber security is limited - in fact, I cannot know for sure if something is working properly. I can only check for probable signs - and guess. Guess about personal security is something awful.

Lately, the attackers have been at disrupting all internet connections, blocking email services and communication apps, not to speak a number of unusual bugs.

Sorry about the long preamble. Let's get to the facts related to using Tails.

You told at the Tails website about certain scenarios.

1) When connecting to Tor without Bridges fails. (please see the screenshots: A, B, C)
A - Fails at syncing the clock; try to connect, takes more time than normally do, get stuck at 90% (message: Your local network is blocking access to Tor); B - automatically changes to default Bridges; C - completes the connection.

2) When connecting to a Tor Bridge that works at first but then stops working.
I experienced it several times, even before this release. I try to always use Bridges. In a first moment, the Bridge worked. The day after, the same bridge wouldn't work, nor any other custom Bridge I tried. Walking back and trying to connect without Bridges didn't work too. (please see the screenshots: D, E, F)
D - select "hide Tor from local network"; E - paste the Bridge I already know; F - fails to connect.

*OBS: some confusing things I noticed:

- OBFS4 Bridge don't show IP address in the Onion Circuits app, but shows it in the Tor Browser site information tab (please see the screenshot: G). Is it correct?

- Clock differs strangelly from the UTS clock (it should be hours, not minutes - am I right? please see the screenshot: H)

That's all for now. I'd really appreciate any advice you have.

Thank you very much!
