Actually, I realized that this is more a corner case than I originally
reported. To reproduce my issue you have to go ahead and try to connect to a
bridge. So the steps are:
1. TCA open
2. Select "Hide to my local network..."
3. Introduce a bridge. For example, I used this one:
obfs4 78.47.76.79:30030 C03B101F99390CABB58A0D1B04E35470E7F472F9
cert=nR4HkZtXhsutdJla5qAy3cGfJKSn/RgMloA26V72UeNlrpO65+prJ28J4w6XNRgLVBX0EQ
iat-mode=0
But on purpose, I modify the IP so it fails to connect.
4. "Configure a bridge"
5. "Back"
6. And now the first option is grayed out and it cannot be selected.
