I understand that our users will be affected in a similar way as they
were this week-end: broken upgrades and broken /home.
I think that your team should at least communicate about this in real
time on Twitter. I won't be doing this communication in real time with
you but I can help you to make sure that you can use our Twitter account
on that day.
If you expect the outage to last from more than a few hours, maybe we
should also consider other ways of warning people in advance, maybe with
another short blog post posted the week before and sent to amnesia-news.
