I'll be the RM for 4.19.

Tails 4.19 will be a major release, with a release candidate published
on May 13. anonym will be the RM for 4.19~rc1.

Our codebase will be frozen around May 12.

In order to maximize the benefit from this stabilization period, while
putting to good use the feedback we'll get from the RC, ideally after
the freeze we would merge only small, targeted fixes for regressions
against 4.18. The main acceptance criteria will be the benefit/risk
ratio; ways to minimize risks include test coverage and a formal
manual test plan. If in doubt, or if you'd like an exception, please
talk to me.

Code changes must be merged by Friday, May 28, 14:00 UTC.
Please submit your MRs early enough for reviews and fixing issues
raised by reviewers by this date.
