I mean more privileges, than I currently have for tails/puppet-tails repo. So
far I understand the permission system correctly I have Reporter privileges on
puppet-tails: That is not enough.
It is fine for the tails/tails repo where I can assign reviewers and I have
Maintainer permission, so that are enough permissions.

I read the documentation the same way, that Developer permissions should be
enough. But I don't know if that is correct, as I don't have a sample one to
experiment with.
